HR Interview: Top 15 Questions

"Tell me about yourself" — 2 min: Education → Skills → Projects → Why this role. No personal life.

"Why should we hire you?" — Match your skills to the job description. Give specific examples.

"Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" — Show ambition but be realistic. "Growing in this company as a [role]."

"What is your biggest weakness?" — Pick a real one + how you're improving it. Never say "I work too hard."

Logical Reasoning: Seating arrangement, Blood relations, Coding-decoding, Syllogisms, Series.

Verbal: Reading comprehension, Sentence correction, Para jumbles, Synonyms/Antonyms.

Body Language & Presentation

Section 4 of 4
4.1

Dress code: Formal shirt + trousers (men), formal top + trousers/skirt (women). No flashy colors.

4.2

Body language: Firm handshake, eye contact, sit straight, don't fidget, smile naturally.

Virtual interviews: Good lighting, clean background, stable internet, look at camera (not screen).

4.4

Follow up: Send a thank-you email within 24 hours. Short, professional, restate your interest.
